Do you accept insurance?

Not at this time.  My fee is $195 per 50 minute session. Payment is due at the time of service.  Contact your insurance to access in-network providers and understand your out-of-network benefits.

Be aware that in order for your claim to be considered for reimbursement, your insurance company will require a diagnostic code representing a mental health diagnosis found in the DSM-5 diagnostic manual and may require access to your confidential medical records.

How soon will I see change?

Change is dependent on presenting problems and the therapeutic process. Parent involvement and consistent attendance are closely tied with progress.

What if my child is resistant?

Resistance is a built-in part of working with youth, as some are slower to warm up than others.  I will meet you and your child where you are at, and encourage parents/guardians to talk with their children about attending therapy prior to coming.

Check out my Services section for a letter to children if you're unsure how to talk to your child about attending therapy. Keep in mind that any relationship takes time, but one of the primary goals is to build trust and rapport.
